Cancellations/Refund Policy

All deposits and hire fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 3 months before your event, we’ll hold your payment as credit towards a future booking.

If you cancel less than 3 months before your event, your payment will be retained. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your event to another date (subject to availability).

For bookings made within 1 month of the event, the same non-refundable policy applies.
